CLUB & MEMBERSHIPS

A good workout.
Respect for everyone.

Updated 8 October 2026. Please read these rules before buying a pass and ask reception if you have any questions.

1. Visiting the gym

We are open every day from 7:00 to 21:00. Check in at reception before training. Show your current QR pass; if you forgot it, staff can help find your membership using your phone number and confirm your identity.

2. Memberships and validity

Every pass is personal and assigned to one user only. Sharing, transferring or reselling a pass to another person is prohibited. This also applies to a one-day walk-in pass purchased without a customer profile. Your pass shows its start and end dates. Please check these with reception at purchase.

A 3-entry pass is valid for 7 consecutive days from its start date. A week means 7 consecutive days, two weeks 14, one month 30 and three months 90. Longer passes follow the consecutive-day period displayed on your pass and confirmed at reception. The start date counts as day 1; unused days do not extend validity.

Entry-based passes deduct an entry when you check in and can only be used within their displayed validity period. Period-based passes allow visits within the displayed dates and do not have a remaining-entry counter. Repeated accidental scans are checked by reception.

Do not share or sell your QR card. If a card is lost, shared or compromised, ask reception for help. The admin can replace it; the previous code then stops working. Staff may check your name or an optional profile photo to confirm identity.

3. Prices, payments and changes

Published prices are in USD. Cash in USD or Cambodian riel is our preferred payment method. KHQR and Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and JCB payments are accepted through ABA at reception. A 3% handling fee applies to card payments. Ask reception for the exchange rate when paying in riel. Pending or partial payments require an explicit arrangement with the team; they are not automatically available to every visitor.

Check the pass type, dates and payment before leaving reception. Contact us promptly about an incorrect sale, refund request, membership freeze or other exceptional situation. The admin reviews requests in accordance with applicable law and the terms agreed at purchase. These rules do not create a blanket no-refund policy or limit rights provided by applicable law.

In exceptional cases, reception may approve an upgrade on the day of purchase, for example from a one-day pass to a weekly pass. This is not automatic: approval, any additional payment and the final validity must be confirmed with reception that same day.

4. Training and equipment

Use equipment for its intended purpose and within your ability. Ask the team if unsure. Return weights and accessories to their places, keep walkways clear and allow others to share equipment. Report damaged equipment and stop using it until the team confirms it is safe.

Stop training if you feel unwell and tell the team. Staff at reception do not diagnose health conditions. Personal coaching is arranged separately; please ask about availability.

5. Hygiene and island dress

Wear comfortable training clothes. Barefoot or shirtless training is welcome in our island setting; follow staff guidance where a specific activity or equipment requires extra protection. We disinfect equipment throughout the day. Please clean your footwear, or your feet if training barefoot, before entering the training floor. This helps us maintain a clean space and shows consideration for other guests. Help keep the gym, showers and changing rooms clean.

6. Respect and privacy

Be considerate of other guests and staff. Harassment, threats and unsafe behaviour are not acceptable. Ask permission before photographing or filming another person. Do not film in showers or changing rooms. Reception may ask you to stop an activity that puts others at risk.

7. Belongings and facilities

Changing rooms, lockable lockers, warm showers and free Wi-Fi are available. Keep valuables secured and report lost belongings to reception. CCTV is used for safety in monitored areas; respect everyone's privacy.

8. Fit bar and allergies

Ask the team about ingredients, allergens and serving sizes before ordering. Products may contain milk or other allergens, and cross-contact may be possible. Supplements are optional and do not replace a balanced diet. Staff can explain labels but do not provide personalised medical advice.

Bar discounts, promotions and complimentary products apply only under the conditions confirmed at reception. They are not offered in exchange for public reviews.

9. Classes and personal training

Group classes are coming soon. They start from 2 people, with passes from $10 per person and gym access included during the class pass validity. Class passes: 1 day $10; 3 class entries $25 (valid for 7 consecutive days); 1 week $60 (7 consecutive days); 2 weeks $100 (14 consecutive days). Contact reception about the launch and timetable. Once classes launch, reserve an available session through our timetable or reception. We normally work with small groups of around six people; the actual session capacity is shown in the booking. Arrive in time for the start and cancel a reservation if you cannot attend. If a session changes, contact the team for available alternatives. Any cancellation fee must be clearly communicated before booking.

One-to-one personal training is $20 per session. Ask our team about personalised coaching or arranging a private group session from 2 people, including availability and pricing.

10. Dogs and feedback

Our dogs may sometimes be at the club. Tell the team if you are uncomfortable with dogs so we can help you feel at ease. Honest feedback is welcome, including suggestions for improvement. Reviews are voluntary.
